1. Applicants understands she shall be contracted to and represented by MISS INTERNATIONAL NIGERIA Organisers from the date being selected as a delegates of the 'miss international Nigeria Contest.
   
   
2. Miss International Nigeria Contest is open to all ladies aged between eighteen (18) and twenty-six (26). only. SSCE holders are welcomed to apply.
   
   
3. Applicant’s warrants she is naturally born female citizen of Nigeria who is at list eighteen years of age and under than twenty six and she single, has never been married and has never mothered a child.
   
   
4. Applicants shall make a full and honest disclosure of particulars as requested by the ORGANIZERS.
   
   
5. Applicants found to have given false personal information will be removed from MISS INTERNATIONAL NIGERIA contest.
   
   
6. The ORGANIZERS have the right to replace selected applicants or contestant if they are deemed unfit to participate in the Miss international Nigeria Contest.
   
   
7. Applicants shall at all times comply strictly with ORGANIZERS specifications and/or requirements (whether oral or written) as to her appearance, physical characteristics, skills, attire and/or accessories. A failure to meet such specifications and/or requirements shall result in disqualification from her participation in the Miss International Nigeria Contest. For the avoidance of doubt, the ORGANIZERS reserve the right to disqualify applicants from the Miss International Nigeria Contest on the grounds of undesirable conduct and/or appearance.
   
   
8. The Applicants agrees that the judges' decision is final and correspondence from contestants will not be entertained.
   
   
9. The Applicants understand there shall be no claims against ORGANIZERS in the event that the Miss International Nigeria Contest is annulled, postponed by circumstance beyond the reasonable control of Miss International world contest.
   
   
10. ORGANIZERS shall be under no liability whatsoever to the contestant, in respect of any loss, damage suffered by the contestant arising from or pursuant to her participation in the Miss International Nigeria Contest or for any loss, damaged or injury to life or property sustained by contestant at any stage of the Miss International Nigeria Contest, unless such loss, damage or injury is caused by ORGANIZERS gross and willful negligence.
    
    
11. The contestant shall indemnify and keep ORGANIZERS and its related/affiliated companies, sponsors and employees ("the Indemnified Parties"} fully indemnified against any and loss, damage, claim and costs (including legal cost on a full indemnity basis) suffered and/or incurred by any of the indemnified parties as result of the contestant's breach of any of these Terms and Conditions
    
    
12. Applications fees of N 5000 (Five thousand naira only).
    
    
13. Applicants are to be in proper conduct at all times.
